Although Britney Spears lived in this Southern California mansion for only a few years, the pop star ambled through its grand marble foyer enough times to gaze at the girl in its giant mirrors.
She also luxuriated in its two-story great room, an entire corner of which opens onto a covered patio packed with entertainment options, from lounging by an outdoor fireplace to perching on barstools around an outdoor kitchen. The yard also boasts an infinity-edge pool and gardens with panoramic mountain views.
Off the great room are a smaller, cozier family room with a fireplace and wine bar, and a home theater/pingpong room to amuse adults and children alike.
The 5-bedroom, 7-bath home does everything on a magnificent scale, including its sweeping Spanish arches, two-island kitchen, and a shower and walk-in closet in the master suite that are each the size of whole rooms.
The master also features a sitting room, French doors that lead to the garden, and a chandeliered dressing room with a jetted tub.
Spears has moved on to an even bigger estate, Variety reported, and is now listing her former manse for $8.995 million. The agent is Rami Elminoufi of BCB Premier Estates.
