The villa-style home boasts fireplaces in the living, dining and family rooms, as well as a fireplace in the master suite, which has two bathrooms and two closets. The mansion and guest quarters span more than 10,000 square feet and include 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The one-acre property features a pool, spa and lawn with canyon views.
Barton paid $6.4 million for the estate in 2005 and has listed it for sale and as a rental since 2010.
