The gyrations that make up “Magic Mike XXL” are just a week away from theaters, but two of its stars might be busier packing and unpacking than primping for the premiere.
Channing Tatum rolls into Beverly Hills
Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan Tatum, paid $6 million for a Cape Cod-style stunner in Beverly Hills a few months ago.
The one-acre property includes a shingled 6-bedroom, 6-bath home plus a pool, spa and outdoor fireplace.
Surrounded by oak trees, the home boasts sylvan views even from the bay window in the master bathroom. The listing agents were Mauricio Umansky, Farrah Aldjufrie and Eduardo Umansky of The Agency.
A month after snagging that 90210 estate, the Tatums sold their smaller but architecturally interesting home in an off-market deal for $2.67 million.
Joe Manganiello shrugs off his bachelor pad
Meanwhile, “Magic Mike” hunk Joe Manganiello — also known as Sofia Vergara’s fiancée — is shaking his own real estate money maker. He unloaded his bachelor pad last week for $1.925 million.
The 4-bedroom, 3-bath home boasts a backyard oasis with a curvy swimming pool, a hot tub and fire pit surrounded by stone walkways and tropical foliage.
The listing agents were Michael Nourmand and Adam Sires of Nourmand & Associates.
The sprawling, $10.6 million villa that Vergara bought in Beverly Hills last year is thought to be home base for their “Modern Family.”
