The red door is gone, but it’s the “Full House” house all right - the home where three girls were raised by their father, family and friends in the popular sitcom that started in the late ’80s. Those girls are all grown up, and one of them is raising her three boys in the same house in the new Netflix series “Fuller House.”
The show’s opening credits still feature the red door, but the actual house used for the exterior has had a paint job and is on the market for $4.15 million. The listing agents are Ed Deleski and James Nunemacher of Vanguard Properties.
Built in 1883, it’s a Victorian-era Italianate with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus an office and a large eat-in kitchen with an island and high-end appliances.
The elaborately wallpapered foyer leads via hardwood floors and an ornately bannistered staircase to rooms with high ceilings, bay windows and intricate moldings. Fireplaces abound, including in the spacious living room, which boasts a wall of floor-to-ceiling bookcases. French doors on the lower level lead to an English-style garden with manicured hedges, plants in pots and an outdoor dining table.
