Britney Spears has found a place to spend all that cash she’s collecting from the two-year extension of her Las Vegas contract with Planet Hollywood: Southern California.
The pop queen sank $7.4 million into a sprawling hilltop estate with all the fixings, Variety reports.
The 20-acre spread outside Los Angeles comes with 5 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and views from the infinity pool and spa.
Magnolia and olive trees abound on the property, which also boasts hand-carved fountains and amenities including a three-green golf course, a tennis court and a 1,000-square-foot pool house with a full kitchen, bath and 3,800-bottle wine cellar.
In the main house, a deluxe master suite with a balcony and a soaking tub takes in the rolling hills, as does the 35-foot-high great room, the breakfast nook with a fireplace, and the oak-paneled library.
The listing agents were Nicole Van Parys, Gary Nesen and Kevin Nguyen of Engel & Volkers.
