Star couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are on a Southern California home-listing roll. They just put their home near Mulholland Drive on the market for $3.495 million.
It’s the third home they’ve listed in a year. The first was an Ojai weekend getaway, which hit the market last fall for $4.25 million.
They quickly followed with an $8-million price tag on a home they spent years remodeling in the Hollywood Hills, and which Kendall Jenner reportedly picked up for $6.5 million. The couple’s agent for that listing said they’re headed back east with their young daughter.
The latest listing, in the hills below Mulholland Drive, is a remodeled modern home measuring almost 3,500 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.
Boasting an open floor plan and a gourmet kitchen, the home offers an indoor-outdoor feel, connecting indoor living areas to a backyard with a covered living room, waterfall and rose garden.
The master suite features a sitting area, spacious walk-in closets and a bathroom with a steam shower.
