New Orleans Bounce-Back: 10 Homes Built After Katrina

It was a decade ago this week that the levees failed in New Orleans, and Hurricane Katrina became the one of deadliest storms in U.S. history.

The beloved city struggled mightily in the aftermath, against the flooding and the bureaucracy, and the mangled and rotting houses.

Ten years on, there are signs of hope and renewal, including homes on the market that were built after the cataclysm.
