While Emily Blunt is busy filming “The Girl on the Train” in New York, the Ojai, CA home she owns with husband John Krasinski has hit the market for $4.25 million.
The 4,177-square-foot colonial-style home sits on more than five acres with a pool, spa and mountain views. Inside are 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces and a private guest wing.
There’s a possibility of purchasing an adjacent acreage that abuts the Los Padres National Forest, according to the listing by Patty Waltcher of Coldwell Banker Previews International.
The acting couple - who welcomed their first child, Hazel, last year - paid $2.15 million for the estate in 2012. They have two other homes in Southern California.
