This was the Hollywood legend’s final home, which sold after her death for $8 million.
Goldie Hawn on Broad Beach Road
After renting it out for $90,000 a month and slashing the price by almost a third, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell finally sold this Malibu gem in 2013 for $9.5 million.
Alonzo Mourning on Arvida Parkway
Across the country, a basketball legend lived in this mansion with Biscayne Bay views until 2012, when he unloaded it for about $10.2 million.
